EMAIL HITS       Email Hits is a scheduled task on the Palmtree.net server that runs every night.

Client websites that have signed up for this service log visits to each page on the site recording where the user came from, the user's IP address, and the time.

This information is compiled into a daily report of very useful information to the website owner. Which search engine referred the visitor, what pages, what sequence and how long the visitor stayed on each page is detailed.




FAQ       A web based application that allows web site owners to create and maintain their own FAQ page.

The questions and answers are maintained on the Palmtree Software web server and are maintained by a user interface on the PTS web site.

The appearance of the page is controlled by the remote web site's cascading style sheet.



SHOPPING CART        There are two versions of the shopping cart.

The first version lists all products by category and is a robust and sophisticated application suitable for the most demanding retailer, yet simple enough to configure and manage that a novice web master can use it.

The second version allows the shopper t build an order using freeform text which is submitted to the retailer for verification and pricing. Once ready, a quote is emailed to the shopper for confirmation.



ASSOCIATION DIRECTORY        Clubs, associations and user groups may use the Palmtree Software Association Directory to publish and maintain their member list.

The directory’s access is password protected to maintain member’s privacy.

Field labels are customizable to fit your requirements.

A very nice feature is the ability of members to maintain and edit their own page, including uploading two images of their choice. The images are automatically resized to fit the page format.

The page style will match your current web site.

The Association Directory is available with an annual subscription.



EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION       The online employment application is a comprehensive set of tab accessible forms. Each tab represents a section of the employment form.

Fields and text on the form are easily configurable to meet your firm’s requirements. The forms colors as well as logo are configurable to match your web site.

The application allows uploading of digital documents by the applicant such as resumes and other pertinent information.

Three is an administrative function that allows your Human Resources department to review, archive and process the applications.
